DJB Mechanical, Inc has been in business since 1992. Incorporated in 1994. Our primary line of business was Consulting, Design and Installation of plumbing, heating, air conditioning systems for residential, commercial and institutional projects of all types and sizes as well as General Construction and Rehab Projects. We have probably done one just like yours. We have restricted our business to Consulting and Construction Management over the past few years.
Dave Borgaro, principal owner and chief consultant offers thirty six (36) years of experience in consulting, design, installation of plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems, troubleshooting as well as general contracting and project management. Dave has worked for large firms as well as twenty five (25) years of self employment running several companies. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
As an active Real Estate Investor Dave understands the necessity of cost control by conserving energy through efficiency, whether its mechanical, electrical, water conservation or the building envelope in general.

If you are out of our geographic area we can make recommendations based on information provided by you the customer.
