We perform a comprehensive energy efficiency audit which entails analyzing the past two years of the properties utility bills. We would arrange a site walk through to evaluate the heating & air conditioning systems, electrical lighting, hot & cold water systems, building envelope and equipment. This can be as detailed as the client requires. A visual Inspection under operating conditions will give us excellent information in the quickest amount of time. We have instrumentation to detect efficiencies, heat loss, heat gain, etc; We use mathematical calculations under the guidelines of the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) (EnergyStar) which are used to calculate energy efficiencies. This would be required in order to recommend any upgrades or corrective measures for the various systems. A comprehensive report detailing the cost savings and recommendations for various systems is outlined and reviewed with the client.
